👉 Before requesting a refund, make sure that the opportunity meets the criteria set by the refund policy. Remember that you can request a refund maximum 60 days after your application date.
To request a refund for an opportunity, follow these 4 steps:
1.Go to the opportunity you want to request a refund for
First, head to the opportunity you'd like to request a refund for, and click on it.
You'll then be able to start your request by clicking on "Request a refund":
2. Select your request reason
Select the option that best matches the reason for your refund request. Options could include: the prospect is unresponsive, the contact details are wrong or fake, you paid twice for the opportunity, or other. Learn more about the eligible options to get a credit refund here.
3. Provide details and documentation
You will be asked to provide additional details and relevant information, such as screenshots or any other supporting documents that may help you fulfill the refund policy criteria. The more information you can provide, the faster and easier it will be for us to process the request.
4. Validate and submit
Once you have entered all the required information, validate and submit your request. Once submitted, you will get a confirmation message as well as an email.
Receiving a response on your submitted request
You will receive an email update on the status of your refund request within 2 business days. The email will inform you whether your request has been approved or rejected and what the next steps are.
Approved: the price of the opportunity will be added to your opportunity module balance in credits.
Rejected: If the request is rejected, you will receive an email with detailed information about the reasons for the rejection.
