Our focus is to bring you actionable business opportunities and we put all our efforts to help you get in touch with prospects you are interested in.
The background check we apply on each project we share with you minimizes risks but it cannot eliminate them and you might be wondering if you qualify for a refund.
Before exploring the eligibility criteria for opportunities refunds, it is important to note that:
Request for refunds can be submitted maximum 60 days after the application to the opportunity.
If the request is approved by Sortlist, we will convert the price of the opportunity into Opportunity Credit. This credit can be used for future opportunities and is valid for 12 months. You can follow them in the Plans and modules section of your agency application.

How can I submit a refund request for an opportunity?
You can request a credit refund directly from your billing page.
Here's how to do it:
Open the corresponding opportunity, and click on the button “Request a refund”
Select the reason for your request.
Provide proof to back up your request with concrete evidence (Ex: call logs, messages, email threads, etc.)
Validate and submit your request.
You will receive an email update on the status of your refund request within 2 business days. The email will inform you whether your request has been approved or rejected and what the next steps are.
