Using your dashboard

How to find, read, and act on the companies Radar identifies.

Written by Kevin Boyer

Your Radar dashboard is where you turn identified visits into a shortlist of companies to act on. It has two views, Sortlist visitors and Website visitors, each with the same tools: cards, a table, filters, and a detail panel.

The two views

  • Sortlist visitors: companies that landed on Sortlist pages where your agency appears.

  • Website visitors: companies browsing your own website (needs the snippet).

The cards at the top

For the current billing period:

  • Sortlist visitors / Website visitors: the companies that visited.

  • Companies: how many were identified from those visits.

  • Hot leads: your most engaged companies, showing the strongest buying intent.

  • Free identifications (Sortlist view): companies that reached your profile through your Visibility campaigns, if any. These don’t use up credits.

Read a company at a glance

Each row is a company. The columns:

  • Company: name, industry, and size.

  • Visited from: the city and country the visit came from.

  • Engagement: High, Medium, or Low (see below).

  • Viewed profile (Sortlist view): whether they visited your Sortlist profile. A Visibility tag means they came via a Visibility campaign.

  • Looking for (Sortlist view): the services or skills the company seeks.

  • Source (Website view): the channel the visit came from.

  • Last visit: when they last visited.

Engagement is ranked:

  • High: frequent actions, long visits, profile viewed.

  • Medium: some actions, moderate time and pages.

  • Low: few actions, short visits, no profile view.

Find the companies worth your time

Use filters to build a target list:

  • Engagement levels

  • Viewed profile (Sortlist visitors only)

  • Last visit

  • Industries

  • Company sizes

  • Locations

  • URL, the pages they visited (Website visitors only)

  • Channel, where the traffic came from (Website visitors only)

Then two ways to focus:

  • Start with engagement. Your Hot and Medium leads, the High-engagement companies with frequent actions, long visits, and a profile view, are the warmest, so start there.

  • Save a segment. Once you’ve built a filter set that matches your ideal client (say, High and Medium engagement plus your target industries and company size), click Save segment. Reopen it any time instead of rebuilding the filters, so a daily "who’s hot in my market" check takes seconds.

Open a company for the full picture

Click a company to open its panel. A tag shows whether it’s a Sortlist visitor or Website visitor. Inside, in order:

  1. Company info: location, headquarters, offices, size, industry, annual revenue, email, phone, website, and LinkedIn.

  2. Decision makers: verified contacts, where available, with their role, LinkedIn, and email.

  3. Visits activity: when they were last seen, where from, whether it’s their first visit, and the pages they viewed.

From here you can export the company or send it to Overloop. See Exporting leads and Contacting leads using Overloop.
