How to activate your modules and save up to 20% on Sortlist with our Credits Packs?

Once you’ve subscribed to a Sortlist+ membership, you’ll need to activate your Visibility Module and your Opportunity Module.

To do so, you’ll have to set up a monthly budget that you want to invest on both of your modules and leverage Sortlist to grow your agency.

This article will take you through all the steps to follow to set up your budget. We’ll also show you how to get discounts by purchasing packs of credits and save up to 20%.

How to set up your monthly budget and activate your modules?

Head over to your Sortlist dashboard and click on the “Activate” button of the module you’d like to set up a budget for.

You’ll then have the possibility to set your monthly budget:

That’s it! Your budget has been set and will be used progressively, based on your consumption:

Follow the same process for both modules, and you’ll be all set. Know that you can always increase or decrease your monthly budget, giving you full control over your investments on Sortlist.

Furthermore, we’ve also created a discount system to reward agencies who trust us the most to help them grow.

The more you invest on Sortlist, the bigger the discount you get: by purchasing packs of credits, you can save up to 20% on your investment.

Let’s see how it works.

What are Credits?

Credits are Sortlist money, to say it simply. See it as a currency that you can use on the platform.

Once you’ve purchased credits, you’ll then be able to spend them as you want, based on your goals and your strategy.

  • You can use them to boost your visibility, and therefore invest your Credits on the Visibility Module.

  • Or you can use them to directly receive business opportunities, and therefore invest your Credits on the Opportunity Module.

Know that Credits are totally optional and not mandatory to use your modules. However, it’s a way for you to save money by purchasing packs of credits upfront.

How to purchase Credits?

Head over to your Sortlist dashboard and click on the “Manage” button next to your Credits balance:

You’ll then be prompted to add Credits to your account:

Just click on “Add Credits” to see our Credits Packs options:

As you can see, the bigger the Credits Pack, the bigger the discount. You can save 10 to 20% based on the amount you’re ready to invest on Sortlist, both for your visibility and your opportunities.

Just make your choice and click on “Continue”. You’ll be taken to an order summary and be able to make an upfront payment:

Your Credits will then be added to your balance, and they’ll be used progressively, according to your consumption.

You also have the possibility to create a personalized pack by contacting our support, and you can order the same pack each month by setting up a recurring payment.

How to manage your Credits consumption?

As your Credits are being used, you can follow your consumption directly on your Sortlist dashboard. This allows you to see how fast your budget is used and decide if you need to purchase more Credits or not:

Know that once you’ve purchased Credits, you’ll have a 12 months period to use them. After those 12 months, your Credits will be expired.

If you need to know when your next Credits will expire, just click on the “i” next to your Credits balance. You’ll then see how long you’ve got before your next Credits expire:

Finally, you can get a view of your global Credits usage, by accessing your history of all the Credits you purchased or received over time:

Indeed, apart from purchasing Credits, you can also receive them for different occasions:

  • A refund, in case you apply to an opportunity that you couldn’t get in touch with. Read our refund policy to get more information.

  • A gift or a commercial offer from our team.

If you receive Credits, they’ll directly be added to your Credits balance.

What happens to your credits if you cancel your Sortlist+ membership?

As explained in the beginning of this article, you need a Sortlist+ membership to activate your Visibility Module and your Opportunity Module.

This membership also allows you to purchase Credit Packs.

If you decide to cancel your Sortlist+ membership, and you still have credits remaining on your account, those credits will be blocked and you won't be able to use them.

The remaining credits will stay on your account for a period of 12 months (starting on the day you purchased them, not on the day you cancel your membership).

In order to use those remaining credits, you'll need to subscribe again to a Sortlist+ membership, starting at 99€/month.

Wrap up

To make the most of your Sortlist+ membership, you’ll need to activate your Visibility Module and your Opportunity Module.

To do so, you’ll need to set up a monthly budget that you’ll invest on the platform. However, you can also purchase Credits Packs to get some discounts and save up to 20% on your investment.

Credits are pre-paid money that you can use on Sortlist, which you can get by purchasing the Credits Pack of your choice. The bigger the Credits Pack, the bigger the discount you’ll get.

Once you’ve purchased your Credits, you can:

  • Follow your consumption,

  • Manage your Credits and purchase more if necessary,

  • Access your history,

  • See when your Credits will expire.

That’s it! You’re ready to start using your Sortlist+ membership at full capacity.
