Previously, your credits were divided into two separate buckets: one for the Opportunity module and another for Visibility.
We’ve removed that barrier. Now, you have one single balance that powers your entire Sortlist experience. It’s a straightforward update designed to give you more flexibility with less effort.

Getting Started with your Wallet
Where to see your balance You can keep an eye on your available credits in two places:
Navigation Bar: Your real-time wallet balance is always visible at the bottom of the left-hand navigation menu.
Billing Page: For a detailed view, head to your Billing Page, where you can see your total balance and your full consumption history.
How to add credits
You have two different and simple option to top up your wallet:
Option 1: Add credits from the Billing Page
Go to your Billing Page.
Click "Add Credits".
Choose the amount you’d like to add or select a Credit Pack.
Option 2: Add credits from the navigation bar
Click your credit balance in the navigation bar.
Select "Add Credits".
Choose the amount you’d like to add or select a Credit Pack.
Maximize your budget with Credit Packs
The best way to save is by purchasing Credit Packs. The discounts from these packs now apply across all modules. Since the wallet is shared, those "lower-cost" credits can be used for both winning new Opportunities and boosting your Visibility giving you better efficiency for every credit spent.

What happened to my old credits?
We’ve automatically merged your existing Opportunity and Visibility balances into your new wallet. You don't need to take any action.
Is this a price change? Not at all. Your credits and pack discounts remain exactly the same. they are just more flexible now.
Does the expiration of credits change?
No, your credits keep the same validity period as before.
How do I choose how and where to spend my credits?
Just like today:For Opportunities, you can purchase anytime as long as you have available credits.
For Visibility, you’ll continue to set your budget as you do now.
Do I need to do anything to activate the new wallet?
No, it’s already active.Will this impact my invoicing or billing?
No, everything remains the same. You’ll still be able to see your credit consumption per module, just like today.Where can I see my history? Your full transaction and consumption history is available on your Billing Page, categorized by module for easy tracking.
