Reactivity is important for an agency's performance on the platform

When you receive an opportunity, which we hope to be a great fit, it’s crucial that you apply or decline it as quickly as possible. We expect agencies to apply or decline within a business day.

Here is why reactivity matters:

The earlier you apply for an opportunity, the more chances you have to get in touch with the client and close a deal. By being proactive and taking action as soon as possible, you can increase your chances of success.

If the opportunity does not fit you, you should quickly decline and let us know why. This will help us to send you more adequate opportunities as well as to introduce the client to another provider.

Note that clients are waiting for your answers which is why reactivity is an important factor for an agency's performance on the platform. The more reactive an agency is, the better their ranking on directories and matchmaking will be. This can lead to more opportunities and a stronger presence on the platform. We expect agencies to apply or decline within a business day. When no response is provided, you are occupying a seat of another agency that might be interested, and because of that, the amount of opportunities sent to you will reduce drastically until you empty your list of new opportunities.

We are here to help:

If you ever need more information before making a decision on a given opportunity, note that you can always get in touch with our team. We are here to guide you and provide more information if it’s available so that you make the most out of the opportunity module.
