Written by Nathalie Saikali

Stop losing prospects to the "anonymous void."

Every day, high-intent companies are evaluating your agency. They’re browsing your case studies, vetting your pricing, and comparing your services, yet most of them leave without ever hitting "Contact Us."

You don't have a lead generation problem; you have a data visibility problem.

Sortlist is evolving into your agency’s growth operating system. We’ve unified discovery, identification, and conversion into a single, seamless ecosystem.

At the heart of this is Radar: a tool that pulls these anonymous visitors out of the shadows and turns them into qualified, actionable opportunities. Whether they are on Sortlist or your own website, Radar provides the intelligence you need to stop guessing and start selling.

It’s the difference between waiting for the phone to ring and having a personalized, automated pipeline that triggers retargeting and CRM outreach the moment a prospect shows interest.

One platform. One balance.

Everything you need to identify, reach, and win your next client.

🚀 What Is Radar?

Radar is Sortlist’s company identification and intent tracking tool. It enables you to:

  • Identify companies visiting your website

  • Identify companies browsing your Sortlist profile

  • Detect companies actively searching for similar services in your region

  • Tracks engagement signals (page views, forms, clicks, downloads)

  • Export companies or push them to your CRM

  • 🔜 Identify relevant decision makers of these companies.

  • 🔜 Take action through structured outreach

Instead of “Someone viewed our pricing page,” you see:

Acme Digital GmbH
Berlin · 50–200 employees · €5M revenue
High Intent — Viewed pricing twice this week

That changes everything.

🔑 How Radar Activation Works

Radar is intentionally simple to activate. To activate Radar, you must:

  1. Set the number of companies you want to identify
This determines how many identified companies you will unlock across Sortlist and your website.

  2. Install One Snippet

You add a small tracking snippet to your website header.
It works across major platforms including WordPress, Webflow, Wix, Shopify, HubSpot, and GTM.

The installation takes a few minutes and runs site-wide. With the snippet installed, you unlock full cross-channel identification.

⚙️ How Radar Works

Radar operates across two high-intent sources and uses either the credits available in your Sortlist wallet or, if you prefer, your usage will be billed based on consumption.

1️⃣ Sortlist's Visitors Identification

Radar identifies companies that:

  • Visit your Sortlist profile

  • Browse agencies offering similar services

  • Explore your service category in your region

These companies are actively researching providers, often before contacting agencies.

This gives you visibility into real buyer evaluation behaviour.

2️⃣ Website Visitor Identification (Snippet Required)

Once the snippet is installed, Radar begins monitoring activity on your website, including:

  • Sessions

  • Page visits

  • Click behaviour

  • Form interactions

  • Engagement patterns

Using IP-to-company matching, Radar connects visits to real organizations and enriches them with:

  • Company name and domain

  • Industry

  • Revenue bracket

  • Employee size

  • Location

  • Engagement score (High / Medium / Low intent)

This allows you to understand not just who visited, but how seriously they are evaluating your services.

3️⃣ Consumption & Your Credit Wallet

Each identified company consumes credits from your single Sortlist credit wallet or, if you prefer to operate without credits, your usage will be billed based on consumption.

When activating Radar, you choose how many companies you want to identify. The system will display:

  • The estimated credits required

  • The projected credit consumption

  • The remaining balance in your wallet

Credits are deducted only when a company is identified.

Because Radar uses the same unified wallet as other Sortlist products, you can:

  • Use your existing credit balance

  • Allocate credits across different tools

  • Purchase credit packs to reduce your cost per credit

Larger credit packs lower the effective price per credit and that discounted rate applies across all products using credits.

This gives you full flexibility and cost control.

🎯 How to Take Action

Radar is designed to help you move from identification to outreach. Inside your dashboard, you can:

  • Filter companies by:

    • Industry

    • Location

    • Revenue bracket

    • Company size

    • Intent level

    • Source (Sortlist or Website)

  • Select the most relevant accounts

  • Export company lists

  • Push companies directly to your CRM

  • Start outreach immediately

This transforms intent signals into structured pipeline development.
