We’ve updated our briefing flow in order to automatically capture the communication preferences of every clients using Sortlist to find an agency:

Choose when (default)

With this update, we want to enable clients publishing their projects to specify their communication preferences with you in a self-served way, meaning:

  • How they want to be contacted: phone call or video call

  • When they want to be contacted: specific time

We will then let you know what are the client’s preferences on the opportunity that will land on your dashboard:
